  1. Why is it that when I start an exercise and weight loss program I put weight on?

    Even though my body is shaping up, my weight stays the same and the reason for the weight loss is to bring my blood pressure down and get off the pills. That is even after 6 weeks of being on the program.

  2. Is weight loss exponential following the initial few weeks of an exercise regimen?

    I am into my 4th week of a rigorous exercise program. So far, I haven’t noticed much weight loss. Will it accelerate once I build up some Muscles, say by the 6th week? And then afterwards, does it plateau?
