    OK, I do not like to be alone in these words, but that’s exactly what I feel. When I watch an exercise video that I want someone that I observed his body.     I can easily see girls who are overweight with a panel of this video and diet for a few local pounds in a hurry.     This is an acceptable exercise video for people who are already in good condition. If you are accustomed to work (Body Blast Aerobics w / light weights, etc.), then it is a good DVD to have.
