I lost about 50 pounds in not even 3 months. And I’ve kept it off for almost 2 years now. I found it to be the easiest diet because it pretty much told you what you could and couldn’t eat and you didn’t have to count points or anything like that. What I lost really isn’t typical for the amount of time I did it but I know others who have done it and they got really good results from it as well. If you are really looking the best way to lose weight, I suggest doing what we did and combining the Acai diet with a cleansing program for the best result

well there is a diet that worked for me with no gum.
Its the diet that you don’t mix carbohydrates with proteins….
-you eat fruit every morning and drink min 1l of water.
for lunch you eat ex. rise with salate …. and few h later u eat rise and salate again but half of the thing that you ware eating for lunch.
-the next day…eat fish and salate…and again the same routine in the morning and all.
rise-carbohydrates
fish-proteins
check on net what food is proteins and carbohydrates….
And really important is that one day a week min or 2 days a week eat just fruit and in the afternoon eat salate. It will detoxify your body in 2 weeks.
If you do this for 6weeks then you can louse like min 10kg.
It worked for me why not work for you!

a word of advice if you can the best way is to consult your self with nutritionist if you cant try this will work … and go and check your blood type and check your self before you start with a doctor not just if you listen this diet but any other. With that you will know if you did the right thing.

There is no healthy way to lose fat that fast.
just eat less then you need, eat healthy and go to the gym, your life long and finally you will have the body that you want, but it takes time!

If you want to detoxify AND loose weight, and live as healthy as possible. Then its time to stop listening to all these people give you generalized statements. My mom was about 50lbs overweight and she lost if in only a few months SAFELY AND NATRUALLY. If you want the BS then go read those other magz and all other bs people want you to belive. If you want use what my Mom used then go here…

Many such programs and diet plans go overboard in their attempt to make people lose fat rapidly. Fad diets or starvation diets are a definite no-no. There are so many harmful effects of starving yourself and not eating properly. And many times, you would not lose body fat with such fad diets, instead you will lose water weight. Similarly , low carb diets, low protein diets etc. that make you eat only a certain kind of food and not others are also not a very good method of weight loss.
In 2005 i was diagnosed with high blood pressure, and I’m “very overweight” (215 pounds). The doctor said I should think about losing some weight and start to exercise. I’ve had three back surgeries since 2001, I used to be a size five. But then I blew up to an astonishing size 22. I’ve tried throwing up my food but that I could never succeed at it even though Ive tried a thousand times. I’ve try marking down everything I eat, took weight loss pills and exercising to burn the extra fat. You name it, i’ve tried it.
Finally, in April 2008 my best friend introduce me a new technique of weight loss program. At first i was a bit sceptical since i’ve been ripped off a few times. But after joining the program, I’ve lost 30 pounds in the first month and currently my weight is 120 pounds. The truth is our own metabolism system play a vital part in controlling the amount of body fat burned in the process of providing energy to the body. Knowledge about our own metabolism function is the mother to all weight loss programs. There will be a few things that you will need to do, eliminate things such as soda, juice, fast food, chips, candy, things like bread, hamburgers, pizza, hot dogs … and start preparing your food and only eat, green veggies, fruit, fish, chicken, and lean meat. Make sure that you also drink 12 glasses of water to flush your system of bad toxins. run this cycle for 14 days

Exercise generally and healthy eating. For an actual program you might want to check out this one I heard that it was very good. Sort of like a weight loss for idiots type of thing.
