Is the Acai berry really worth the buy?
I heard lots of good things about it.
And is there any place in nebraska where i can buy it. If not then what websites arent a scam?

The raw berry is as helpful as any other berry. It has vitamins and fiber which is good for a healthy diet.
However, the acai berry juice is no different than any other juice which is filled with a lot of sugar, provides little satiety, and can lead to an insulin spike and over eating.
It has no magical properties.
Those adds claiming it leads to fat loss are the latest in a long line of scam diets.
Not really sure what I would recommend to you specifically. There are so many products out there so what I end up doing is starting with the less expensive and trying out several trials and seeing the results. The site is pretty good at visit and see if it interests you, I did.
If it is a good quality acai berry product, then yes, it is worth it. Acai is the best known antioxidant fruit that is known on the planet. The antioxidants in acai help to cleanse your body. The natural lipids in acai help to give you more energy and stamina. The fiber in acai helps digestion and fat loss.
I’ve been using acai berry products for a couple of months now and I’ve noticed that yes they do work. I used them when I wanted to trim off about 15lbs.
I knew that diet and exercise alone would help achieve that goal alone but I needed something to help me with my mid afternoon snacking urges. This is where I found the acai berry really helped me.
It helped to curb those mid afternoon urges which meant when I went out jogging later that night I wasn’t just jogging to work off that bag of Doritios I snacked on around 3pm instead I was actually working off the weight I wanted..
After a couple months I now no longer needed the supplements and can manage my weight more easily, so I found that yes they really did help speed up my weight loss goals when I used them along with a diet and exercise program, as the berries gave me more energy and helped to curb my appetite
I got my free trial bottle from the site below
Many companies offer free trials of Acai so you can ‘try before you buy’. That’s probably the best bet. This site lists free trial offers:

Hello, Music Angel. I think it is important to understand something about acai berries – it is just a fruit. Sure, it has a high amount of antioxidants, but a quick trip to the acai page on wikipedia will show you that it is not even the top in that region, either. For the most part, it is a scam in the sense of the companies making money off of false pretenses. Sure, you will hear about people losing weight eating/taking a lot of acai, but let me ask you a serious question.. would the result have been different if it was a lot of a different fruit? Personally, I don’t think so.
If you understand all of this and still want to have some acai, then approach it as any other fruit and enjoy yourself. However, I would stay away from the “free trials” being thrown around. You are almost guaranteed to get burned here, there are a lot of reports of people being charged for extra shipments they didn’t ask for.
I don’t think it is very productive to just confirm your doubts and leave you just as lost as before however, so I would like to recommend some reading on a diet called calorie shifting. I have heard good things about it, but I’ll drop a link below and let you decide for yourself.
I hope that whichever path you end up taking that you do lose your unwanted weight, you will surely be a much happier person in the end for it.

Whether or not you choose to lose weight with the acai berry diet, or any other diet supplement or system, it’s important to remember a few simple things. There is no magic solution to weight loss. You should always strive to eat healthy and get take part in a few hours of physical activity each week. The acai berry diet has helped millions of people lose more weight than they could without it. But even the benefits of the acai berry aren’t enough to make you lose weight if you eat ice cream all day while sitting in front of the television.
Hey Music Angel,
Yes – acai berry products worked for me, and I wholeheartedly recommend them! Using the supplements, along with another product, I lost about 43 pounds in the last 3 months.
As for Nebraska, I heard that GNC just started carrying acai products, so you might want to check and see if they have a store near you. If not, check out my blog for links to the products I’ve used (no scams). I think they’re still running offers where you can get a free trial to see if they work for you.
Good luck with your weight loss!
I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
